Entry fee refunds are possible only in accordance with the conditions listed below and upon timely written cancellation. Refund conditions:
Cancellation 30 to 60 days before the start of the tournament → 75 percent refund of paid fees
Cancellation 15 to 30 days before the start of the tournament → 50 percent refund
Cancellation 1 to 15 days before the start of the tournament → 25 percent refund
After the publication of pairings or after the start of the tournament → no refund possible
Additional provisions:
The date on which the written cancellation is received by email is considered the official cancellation date.
Administrative costs and bank fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation.
In the event that the tournament is cancelled by the organizer, the entry fee will be refunded in full.
